This Privacy Policy explains how the KineticDots Android application ("KineticDots," "the app," "we") handles information. KineticDots is offered in a free version and a paid ("Pro") version. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

KineticDots does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other personal identifiers to use the app.

• Settings you choose (dot size, count, color, opacity, and saved layouts) are stored locally on your device so the app remembers your preferences. They are not sent to us.

KineticDots displays no advertising in either the free or paid version, and contains no third‑party advertising SDK.

How information is used

• To provide the dot overlay and remember your settings on your device.
• To understand basic, aggregated app stability and performance, where such data is provided by the app store.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Google Play may provide us with aggregated, non‑identifying statistics about downloads and crashes.

Permissions

KineticDots requests a single Android permission: Display over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW), which lets it draw the dot overlay on top of your screen. It does not request your contacts, camera, microphone, location, storage, or any other permission.

Children

KineticDots is a general‑audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• You can uninstall the app at any time, which removes locally stored settings.

Not a medical service

KineticDots is a general comfort and wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not collect or process health data. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
